Friday 5pm while out Christmas
shopping at I got a call from a customer who's broadband router had gone
down, BT said they would send a new router in the new year. With a pile
of work to do over the weekend a kids keen to get on-line the customer
needed a quicker solution. When I got home I picked up a spare router
hot footed it to the customers home and got them back on line by 7:30pm
the same day.
